How do you use teamspeak with counter strike source?

I just bought counter strike source and I downloaded the last version of teamspeak. I have everything installed and now I am wondering how use it. I need to know how to speak with people that are in the counter strike source server with me through teamspeak. What do I have to enter? Any help would be appreciated.

1. Well all you have to do to talk in-game is hold down k and talk. I don't think you need any program like teamspeak.
